Dr. Totti Könnölä specializes in strategic foresight and innovation frameworks that help stakeholders design more effective climate policies and projects. Drawing on his experience at the European Commission’s Joint Research Center (JRC) and the CARISMA project (H2020), among others, he analyzes climate risks, develops mitigation scenarios, and fosters cross-sector collaboration to implement resilient adaptation measures.
