A passionate educator, Dr Könnölä has designed and taught courses at institutions such as the University of Alcalá, the International University of Rioja (UNIR), the Instituto Empresarial (IE Business School) and the CMI Business School. His workshops and seminars focus on foresight, the circular economy, entrepreneurship, responsible innovation, and strategic management. Through mentoring, he supports start-ups in defining market strategies and sustainable growth.
